Public Event Hours

During Public Event Hours people working in your space with Exhibitor Badges will be able to enter the space an hour before open and can stay an hour after close.

Exhibitor Move-Out

For access to the loading dock please refer to the Freeman Quick Facts document. Look at ‘Show Schedule Exhibitor Move In’ starting on Tuesday, June 23. Your loading dock access is based on the total square footage of your activation space.

All early access and late stay requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and must be approved by VidCon.

*PLEASE NOTE: Items can only be dropped during this time as Freeman is in the space setting up. The perimeter is not set until Tuesday so will not be enclosed. If you want dedicated security for your items you will need to order it; there will be roaming security in the space overnight.

*PLEASE NOTE: Sponsors of the Welcome Reception & Industry Networking Mixer can only have a set up and tear down within 1 hour. The Industry Networking Mixer will take place in the Industry HQ (Ballroom CDE).
