VidCon does not facilitate parking for sponsors or their staff at the venue. Information about parking and prices at the ACC can be found HERE.

If you are offloading from a vehicle and need to access a loading dock, please contact Freeman Exhibitor Services.

All sponsors must collect their VidCon working credentials (i.e. Exhibitor badges, labor wristbands) at the designated registration area. 

One person may be assigned to pick up all Exhibitor Badges for your activation. The name will need to be shared with your Client Success Manager. 

ALL Pro Pass , Creator Pass, VidCon Pass & VidCon+ Pass  credentials must be collected from general attendee registration at the Sponsor Registration Desk. Hours & location will be communicated by your VidCon Client Success Manager closer to event dates.
