- All wireless transmitters/receivers require pre-approval due to the dense radio frequency environment. Equipment requiring coordination includes wireless communication systems, 2-way radios or walkie-talkies, and all wireless microphones.
- Important: Uncoordinated transmitters are likely to malfunction and cause problems for other presentations.
