The following services must be ordered through Freeman, even if the sponsor or exhibitor is working with appointed contractor or agency for booth design and fabrication. Order forms for these services can be found in the Freeman Kit, linked above:

Freeman is VidCon’s official general service contractor. Sponsors and exhibitors are recommended to work with Freeman for the design, installation and dismantling of their activation. Please note, you are not required to use Freeman for your entire activation build. You are welcome to work with your preferred agency.

The Decorators Union controls all exhibit setup and dismantling, including signage and carpet installation. Before installation day, determine if you'll need union workers:

You must hire union personnel if your setup:

• Takes more than one hour, or
• Requires any tools

You can do it yourself only if:

• One full-time employee from your company can complete everything in under an hour without using any tools
