Load Out
- Before the end of the event, fill out your material handling agreement form and/or order shipping at the Freeman Exhibitor Services Desk located within the Expo Hall.
- Targeted load out times will be assigned to all exhibitors. Please reference the Access Hours pages for load out information.
- Any items left in your activation space after your designated load out time that does not have a Freeman label or has no paperwork will be considered trash and are subject to disposal fees. Sponsors will be responsible for all costs associated with disposal.
- VidCon and its vendors assume no responsibility for mislabeled or unlabeled freight.
