Need to place a last minute order or have a question for one of our vendors? During load in, event open hours, and load out, there will be a dedicated sponsor service desk with a representative from each vending company. The service desk will be located in the Expo Hall. Exact location within the hall will be communicated closer to the event.

VidCon Anahiem 2026 will feature a dedicated Sponsor & Exhibitor Concierge Desk staffed by VidCon team members to provide personalized support throughout the event. This on-site resource will be available to assist with any questions, concerns, or last-minute needs to ensure your activation runs smoothly from setup to breakdown.

Food is available for purchase at concession stands within the convention center, at food trucks outside in the Grand Plaza, and at the Marriott restaurants and Hilton food court. There are also many other dining options within a 5-10 minute walk of the venue.

There is a FedEx business center at both the Marriott and the Hilton. Please ask for specific printing instructions and prices from the FedEx offices at each hotel.
