How to Register Your Tickets
Access Your Allotment
- Your Account Manager will email specific instructions to register your complimentary and discounted tickets
- Your ticket allocation is detailed in Appendix 1 of your Sponsorship Agreement
- A link will be sent to you to access your credential management page
- Under the Credentials tab, you will see your allotment
Registration Process
- Register each ticket under a unique attendee name (no duplicate registrations allowed) by entering a first name, last name, and email address.
- Select the quantity of tickets to be sent and select ‘Send [x] Credential’
- The recipient will receive a confirmation email. To claim vouchers, click ‘CLICK HERE TO CLAIM YOUR VOUCHER’
- The recipient will be redirected to the ticketing page. Each ticket will have a unique QR code
- On this ticketing page, you will be able to edit the name and email address for each ticket
- The person completing the registration becomes the "order holder"
- The order holder is the only person who can modify registration information

- Need more tickets? Purchase full-priced tickets at vidcon.com/anaheim/tickets
- Exceeding your complimentary or discounted allocation will result in automatic cancellation without notice

Working Credentials
- Exhibitor Badge
- For staff working your activation
- Valid during load in/out AND event hours
- Does NOT grant access to programming
- Must be registered online in advance (refer to registration information above)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Labor Wristband
- For setup/teardown staff ONLY
- Valid ONLY during load in/out periods (not during event hours)
- Available on-site at the Sponsor & Exhibitor registration desk (back of Hall B/C)
- No online pre-registration required
- Must be 18+ years old
On-Site Requirements
- All front of house attendees & exhibitor badge attendees must wear BOTH an RFID wristband and VidCon badge at all times
- Credentials become non-transferable once picked up
- RFID technology is used for access control throughout the venue
- Lost or damaged credentials must be reported immediately to the registration desk
