Security Information
VidCon will have 24-hour security throughout the event. However, we recommend that you lock up or request to hire additional security to monitor valuables within your activation space, as VidCon assumes no responsibility for the loss of any items during the event.
- If a sponsor requires dedicated security at their activation, it must be arranged through VidCon. Sponsors may not arrange their own security. Any unauthorized security personnel or armed guards will not be permitted at VidCon.
- VidCon provides at least one roaming security guard per hall after hours.

**Notes: The above rates and services require a 4-Hour Minimum per guard.
Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received. Any orders received on-site are subject to availability.
Prohibited Items
You can view our full Prohibited Items list HERE. Please take special note of the below prohibited items:
- Bags: No large bags, backpacks, or purses. Personal bags may be no larger than approximately 12″ x 12″ and will be searched upon entry. (PLEASE NOTE this is the policy for front of house from Wednesday-Saturday. During that time ALL restocking of booths/activations needs to happen back of house.)
- VidCon assumes no liability for bags left outside the venue that exceed size limits
- Balloons: No helium or hydrogen balloons, no metallic balloons
- Promotional Materials: No flyers, cards without VidCon approval (business cards permitted)
