All items and materials, including items not ordered through Freeman that must be brought into the venue are subject to material handling charges which are the sole responsibility of the sponsor or exhibitor. Please be aware that disposal of exhibit properties is not included as part of your material handling charges. Sponsors and exhibitors are highly encouraged to ship all materials related to their activation build to the Freeman Advanced Warehouse.
Advanced Warehouse Shipping
May 22: Freeman will begin receiving warehouse shipments. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM. (The warehouse is closed on May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.)
June 16: Deadline for receiving a discounted rate for warehouse storage.
June 16: All warehouse shipments must be received before this date.
Show Site Shipping
June 22: Freeman will begin receiving shipments at the ACC. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility.
Show Site Deliveries
Show-site deliveries will check in at the marshaling yard and will be given a dock space number once one is available. Freeman does its best to deliver these items to your space in a timely fashion; however, multiple sponsors are simultaneously moving in at all times, so there may be a delay with receiving your items once unloaded from your truck.
The best way to ensure your shipment will be ready for move-in is to ship your items in advance to the Freeman warehouse between May 22 and June 16.
The ACC will not accept any shipments. All will be turned away.
Freight Handling
For load in of equipment or boxes weighing more than 75 pounds, or accessing the loading dock sponsors and exhibitors will be required to use Freeman Exhibitor Services.

Storage Rules
- No storage behind curtains or on electrical cords
- Boxes and waste must be hidden during event hours
